About a week or so ago I decided to get off my lazy butt and start working out again. I've patted myself on the back already for consistently running every other day for the past week and a half. I started added abs in after my first run and my goal is to be able to fit into my tight t-shirts with no shame in 4 weeks.
Owen rode along side on his bike for awhile.
Keeping June company.
After my run the kids played in a nearby playground while I pumped out some mad crunches. When my legs felt like jello and my abs were on fire I stopped to take some pictures. Owen was being CRAZY CUTE that day.
Silly June. She doesn't look like me AT ALL. She is the spitting imagine of her namesake (great grandma June) and the only small bit of my line that is in her is her other Grandma Nora. This is a Grandma Nora look.
In the tunnel.
Mere feet away from the playground is the beach so I took of my shoes and we enjoyed some sand and sun. Owen even found a friend to build sand castles with.
Did I mention this is all in the same park? Prettiest park ever.
The trail I run.
Sandy feet on the way back to the car.
Even the view from the parking lot is money.
I love where we live. :-)
